About the job
At the Mettmenstetten location, exciting electrical installation projects, a dedicated team, and a stable working environment await you. As a site manager electrical installer, you take on responsibility and actively contribute to the successful completion of our orders. Become part of a company that successfully combines quality, innovation, and customer proximity in the region. We look forward to your application!
What awaits you
- You will lead and be responsible for smaller and larger installation projects in the industrial and commercial construction sector.
- Ensuring smooth order processing (planning, execution, coordination, additional offers, commissioning, measurement, handover to the client, defect rectification) is particularly important to you.
- You independently take over the deployment planning of the assigned employees.
- Finally, you have a small administrative share with the creation of reports and measurement documents.
What you bring with you
- You have completed an apprenticeship as an electrical installer and have experience in managing construction sites.
- You enjoy working independently and in a structured manner and have a high quality of execution.
- Years of service are less important to us for this position; however, your entrepreneurial, goal- and team-oriented thinking and acting, as well as your organisational flair and negotiation skills, are all the more important.
- We greatly appreciate your ability to advise our customers optimally and to identify additional business opportunities!
- To be flexible and quick on the move, a valid category B driving licence is a prerequisite.

Additional information
You or you? For us, the case is clear. Whether apprentices, electricians, specialists, or management, we all use the informal "you". This is part of our refreshingly straightforward company culture. Because we want you to experience this not only on your first day at work, we communicate this way already during the application process and job interviews. Does that sound appealing to you? Then we are a good match. We look forward to your application.
