The azb Foundation in Strengelbach is a non-profit organisation that offers supported living, work, training and integration places for around 400 people with cognitive, physical or psychological impairments. For the Central Services department, we are looking for a committed and innovative personality to start immediately or by arrangement as

Head of Domestic Services 80 - 100 %

Our domestic services include laundry, cleaning and service. With your team, consisting of specialists, employees with support needs and apprentices at the PrA, EBA and EFZ levels, you ensure professional services and make a central contribution to the quality of life and well-being of the people at the azb Foundation.

Your tasks are:

• Professional, personnel and organisational management of domestic services including laundry, cleaning and service
• Further development and expansion of our internal and external services, processes and quality standards
• Promotion, support and training of employees, apprentices and people with support needs
• Responsibility for material management and ensuring economical operations
• Cross-departmental collaboration in various projects

You bring with you:

• Completed training as a certified operations manager in Facility Management HF or similar education and training
• Professional and leadership experience as well as enthusiasm for developing people, services and processes
• Independent working style, organisational talent as well as an economic, ecological and social mindset
• Good user knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams and Abacus as well as enthusiasm for digital working tools
• Fluent German and appreciative, professional communication
