The Park Hotel on the Rhine is a versatile spa, holiday and business hotel with 35 hotel rooms and 3 restaurants. We care for patients of our private clinic Salina, guests of our hotel as well as the residents of our private residences. With a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and quality, our housekeeping team ensures a well-kept, inviting atmosphere daily and significantly contributes to the well-being of our guests, patients and residents.

Your Team

We are looking for an engaged, experienced and responsible person as Deputy Head of Housekeeping for our establishment, starting immediately or by arrangement.
In this versatile role, you support the Head of Housekeeping in leading and organising the team and assume deputy responsibility during their absence. With your strong quality awareness, organisational skills and enjoyment of working with people, you make an important contribution to a smooth and professional operation in housekeeping.

What to Expect

• Support the Head of Housekeeping in leading and organising the housekeeping team and deputise during their absence
• Organise and coordinate daily workflows and assist with staff scheduling
• Ensure and monitor internal quality standards according to quality management
• Promote an efficient, independent and quality-conscious working style within the team
• Ensure constructive and smooth cross-departmental communication
• Participate in department meetings, staff briefings and other company meetings
• Take on additional tasks and projects in agreement with the supervisor
• A responsible and versatile role with autonomy and development opportunities

What You Bring

• Completed training as Housekeeping Specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable role, ideally in healthcare
• Completed trainer course and experience in mentoring and supervising apprentices
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• High quality and sense of responsibility
• Strong service orientation and social skills
• Enjoyment of working with people and in a team
• Willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute to the further development of housekeeping
