For our clients in the Emmental region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and warm-hearted personality as: Assistant in Health and Social Care (AGS) EBA

Your tasks

• Accompanying and supporting residents in everyday life
• Participating in individual care and support within your competencies
• Promoting and maintaining the independence and quality of life of the residents
• Assisting with personal hygiene, mobilisation and everyday activities
• Helping with household and organisational tasks
• Careful documentation of observations and performed services
• Close collaboration with the care and support team as well as contact with relatives

 Your profile

• Completed training as Assistant in Health and Social Care EBA
• Initial professional experience in health or social care is an advantage
• Enjoyment in working with people and a strong sense of responsibility
• Empathetic, respectful and appreciative personality
• Independent, reliable and careful working style
• High team spirit and flexibility in daily work
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
