The Welle7 Workspace is the popular meeting and event location in the heart of the city of Bern. The Workspace is a brand of Miduca AG, which belongs to the Migros Group. Important notes: Shift work from Monday to Saturday between 6:00 am and 10:30 pm. No split shifts.

What you will achieve

• Contact person for all guests of the Workspace
• Provision of rooms including technology, drinks & snacks
• Correct implementation and compliance with various standards
• Close communication with all departments of the Workspace and Welle7
• Acceptance of deliveries

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: in gastronomy or hospitality
• Professional experience: First professional experience in a comparable position
• Experience in hospitality/catering or a completed vocational training in hospitality
• Strong hospitality skills, good manners and a confident appearance
• Independent, customer- and service-oriented personality
• Careful working style and high quality awareness, PC skills as well as basic knowledge in conference technology are advantageous
• German (B2)
• English (A2)
• French (ADVANTAGEOUS)
• Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS)
