Your tasks

Operating, monitoring, and maintaining the SMT production line (paste stencil printing, paste inspection, placement machines, reflow oven, and AOI)
Performing minor maintenance and repair work on the machines
Supporting the optimization of production processes
Assisting in setting up and converting machines for different series
Participating in implementing continuous improvement processes (CIP) to increase efficiency

Your qualifications

Completed technical training or professional experience in electronics, mechatronics, or comparable field
Several years of professional experience in the SMD area
Good knowledge of manual soldering according to IPC-A-610
Independent, precise, and reliable working style
Strong teamwork and communication skills
High quality and responsibility awareness
Willingness to work night shifts, as well as occasionally early and late shifts
