Glaropharm AG is part of the Business Unit Pharma within the FRIKE GROUP. At the Mitlödi site, high-quality pharmaceutical products are developed, manufactured and filled. As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for a suitable personality to complete our team, either immediately or by agreement.

Production Planner / Buyer

Your Tasks

• Purchasing and disposition of raw materials and packaging materials
• Operational planning and coordination of the manufacture of medicinal products (pharmaceutical manufacturing, filling & packaging) taking into account capacities and delivery dates
• Maintenance and management of GMP-relevant master data (e.g. bills of materials, material masters)
• Coordination and alignment with interfaces such as production, supply chain management and quality assurance
• Provision of production-relevant order documents

Your Profile

• Technical or commercial basic training (further training to become an operations or process specialist or technician HF or similar is an advantage)
• Experience in the operational planning of a production company (pharmaceutical, chemical, food industry) is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate different stakeholders
• Solid experience with ERP systems and MS Excel
• Good German and English skills as well as strong communication and team skills
• Understanding of GMP requirements in pharmaceutical production
