To strengthen our IT team in Wallisellen, we are looking for an

Application Supporter (m/f/d), 80-100%

Your contribution to our team

Do you want to apply your technical know-how in a varied environment and ensure that IT hardware and workplace solutions function reliably? In this versatile role, you are responsible for the installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of various end devices and peripheral systems. You monitor the hardware used, proactively analyse and resolve faults, and competently support users in first- and second-level support. In addition, you accompany hardware rollouts and replacement programmes, document systems and configurations, and actively contribute to the further development and standardisation of the IT infrastructure. Furthermore, you assist with testing, piloting and the introduction of new technologies, thus helping to provide modern and efficient IT solutions.

Your profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ (platform development, system technology or comparable)
• Further education HF/FH advantageous but not mandatory
• Knowledge in the area of networking (TCP/IP, WLAN, DHCP, DNS) advantageous
• Manufacturer-specific certifications such as Microsoft (M365/Endpoint), Zebra (scanner), Honeywell, Cisco or CompTIA A+/Network+ are a plus but not a must
• Independent and structured working style as well as high personal responsibility and reliability
• Open and solution-oriented communication
• High service and customer orientation
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of practical work in the warehouse and logistics environment
• Analytical thinking and systematic fault analysis
• Resilient and flexible in case of faults or rollouts
• Confident German and English in spoken and written form (other national languages advantageous)
