What you will achieve with us

You will take on the independent, long-term consulting and support of a fixed client portfolio. Your tasks include in particular:

Strategic and operational responsibility for SEA campaigns (especially on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising) as well as SEO/GEO strategies and roadmaps

Development, implementation, and ongoing optimisation of campaign architectures and digital media plans

Analyses and audits with concrete recommendations for action in the search area

Design and creation of meaningful reports and dashboards with clear insights

Active identification & utilisation of search synergies

Continuous monitoring, controlling, and optimisation of SEM measures

Independent project management including budget control, billing, and coordination of internal and external stakeholders

Further development of processes, workflows, and quality standards

Support with pitches, client acquisition, and professional self-marketing activities

Close collaboration with our specialists from social media, analytics, programmatic, UX, and web development

You fit with us if…

you have professional experience in SEA as well as SEO/GEO, either agency or client-side

you are proficient in Google Ads and ideally also have experience with Microsoft Advertising

you not only support clients operationally but also recognise connections and can advise strategically

you have a very good analytical understanding and enjoy working data-driven

you have experience with tools such as Google Ads Editor, GA4, and Looker Studio, as well as tools like Semrush, Screaming Frog, or comparable solutions

you work independently, structured, and precisely and like to take responsibility

you proactively embrace change and enjoy a test-and-learn mentality

you are a team player, appreciate feedback, and like to share your knowledge with others

you have very good German skills and good English skills; French and Italian skills are a plus
