Responsibilities

Analyze project feasibility and requirements (accuracy, options, risks, errors…)
Plan price studies and technical studies of projects
Prepare technical and planning reports
Study and propose technical and economic alternatives
Collaborate with specialists and contractors
Manage contractors during the study and development phase
Transmit the study and planned methodology for acquired projects to Site Managers and/or Project Managers
Ensure project compliance with current laws and standards (SIA standards, AEAI directives)
Provide technical support to Site Managers and/or Project Managers during execution
Participate in clarification and pre-award meetings
Update the price library and ensure technical and regulatory monitoring

You bring

Civil engineering degree, Site Manager diploma and/or Federal Foreman certificate, certified contractor
Proven experience in bid calculation in Switzerland
Computer proficiency (MS suite, especially Excel, Word…)
Good command of Sanitaire Snap / Messerli
Flexibility, autonomy
