- Strong project management skills; PMP certification preferred.
- Expert problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.

For a lakeside hotel in Spiez we are looking for a motivated Head of Housekeeping on a 100% workload. You will work without room hour, with accommodation and free parking.

Tasks:
- You lead the housekeeping and ensure quality
- You coordinate housekeeping including porter and massage team
- You plan deployments, materials and processes in daily business
Requirements:
- Experience in a comparable role
- Good German language skills
- Advantageous: Training in hospitality/housekeeping

- No room hour
- Always 2 days off in a row, at least 1 free weekend per month
