Nursing Assistant SRK in the Nursing Flex Pool 1-10%

To support our nursing teams, we are looking for a nursing assistant who can flexibly and at short notice cover open shifts. We offer an attractive working model. The shift posting is done via software, with which you are informed about open shifts at the hospital or can directly enter your availabilities. You decide for yourself when and how much you work.

You will mainly be deployed in the specialist area of your choice:

• Acute Geriatrics
  • Delirium Unit (closed acute geriatrics)
  • Palliative Care
  • Adult Psychiatry
  • Acute Psychiatry Mother-Child Department
  • Geriatric Psychiatry
• You support in case of staff shortages, absences or high nursing demand
• You ensure professional nursing, care and treatment of patients
• You apply your professional knowledge and skills effortlessly in practice
• Short-term shift cover <7 days per week is additionally remunerated financially

• You have completed training as a nursing assistant SRK
• Nursing or medical prior knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory
• You are a dynamic person, a team player with professional experience
• You are a committed, open personality
• You find changing situations and interdisciplinary collaboration an interesting challenge
