Present in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, the Centre Patronal is a company serving businesses and the private economy, offering services in the fields of social insurance, occupational pension provision, legal and economic advice, as well as training.
As part of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company in the field of human resources management and pension funds.
To strengthen our team responsible for the accounting of our "Collective Foundation" clients, comprising more than 100 pension schemes, we are looking for a committed person to join our Trianon entity, currently based in Nyon (VD) and set to move to our Paudex site at the beginning of 2027, as a finance and accounting specialist (m/f).
Responsibilities
- Ensure the monitoring, control and closing of accounting and financial operations, including the reconciliation of operational cash, the integration of movements related to securities deposits, and the accounting of closing entries (accruals, capital movements, adjustments of technical elements, etc.)
- Prepare the annual accounts and financial statements of the pension schemes affiliated with the FCT / FCT 1e, and participate in the closing of consolidated accounts in accordance with the Swiss GAAP RPC 26 standard
- Produce the reporting and financial analyses required by clients, including interim statements (cash flow, assets) as well as data according to IAS / US GAAP standards intended for external experts
- Actively participate in account audits and regulatory obligations, in collaboration with clients and audit bodies, and ensure the preparation of tax declarations, Guarantee Fund forms, as well as correspondence with ASFIP
- Work closely with internal teams (administrative and technical management, actuarial, sales) and maintain direct contact with clients, notably the FCT, as well as with foundation boards
Your profile
- Holder of a higher education qualification in accounting, finance or an equivalent field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in fiduciary accounting or auditing, ideally gained in a Big Four, with practice in managing a multi-client environment
- Proven experience in closing accounts and preparing financial statements
- Knowledge of accounting for occupational pension institutions is an asset
- Very good command of Excel and ease with common IT tools
- Rigorous, organised and autonomous personality, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Client-oriented, team spirit and interest in sharing knowledge and best practices within a small team
