As Head of Product & Pricing, you take on a key role in Marketing & Sales: You design products, prices, and revenue strategies for the business areas Mobility and Gornergrat, thereby making a central contribution to the economic development of our offerings. - You lead and develop the Product & Pricing department and manage a team of four employees
- You are a member of the Marketing leadership team and actively shape the divisional and corporate strategy
- You are responsible for the revenue and pricing strategy of the business areas Mobility and Gornergrat Bahn
- You bear the result responsibility for budget and business plan including forecasting, reporting, and initiating measures
- You set tariffs, prices, tariff measures, and promotions and conduct competitive analyses as well as simulations
- You develop products and offers in line with corporate goals – also together with external partners
- You ensure a coherent customer journey according to the brand guidelines and are responsible for quality management and market research
- You are responsible for the revenue planning of the compensation offer in regional passenger transport and car transport
- You prepare evaluations and analyses on frequencies, passenger kilometres, etc. from HOP and the revenue transfer between divisions and third parties
- You maintain and develop the partner network and represent the company’s interests towards external stakeholders
- You lead and/or accompany projects, working groups, and interdisciplinary teams in the mobility and tourism environment
- You ensure clear, simple, and consistent internal as well as external communication
Your Profile
- You have higher education or further training in Marketing & Sales, Business Administration and/or Tourism
- You have proven leadership experience and act entrepreneurially as well as strategically
- You have a strong affinity for numbers and experience in financial controlling and revenue management
- You necessarily bring industry knowledge in public transport and tourism, ideally also in tariff systems nDV
- You think market- and target-oriented, networked, and act independently
- You are a assertive, communicative networking personality
- You have very good German and English skills; French is an advantage
