What you bring

• Foundation: A commercial basic education and initial professional experience in the trust services sector.
• Working style: You work precisely, independently, and keep an overview even during busy times.
• Mindset: You are motivated, conscientious, and have a high quality standard for your work.
• Tools: Ideally, you have already worked with Abacus, Bexio, and Dr. Tax.
• Digital affinity: You are digitally savvy. Paperless processes excite you and you quickly find your way around new systems.

Your tasks

• Trust daily routine: You support our client managers with bookkeeping, financial statements, and payroll. Our experienced client managers will assist you with advice and support.
• Taxes: You prepare tax returns for private individuals as well as companies.
• Internal processes: You assist with internal invoicing and work closely with our own accounting department.
• Office management: Together with other officers, you are the business card of our location! You take turns managing the secretariat (telephone, mail, reception).
