About the job

• Analysis of the requirements of the HR departments and development of practical solutions to optimise HR processes
• Participation in HR system projects and digital transformation initiatives – from conception to go-live – including test management and quality assurance
• Support, configuration and further development of SAP HCM (PA, OM, PY) as well as SuccessFactors within the HR system landscape
• Ensuring a stable and efficient HR system operation in close collaboration with HR, IT and external partners as well as continuous optimisation of processes
• Professional support of selected payroll processes as well as occasional technical assistance during payroll runs

• Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, HR, computer science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the SAP HCM environment as well as a sound understanding of HR processes, especially in the area of payroll
• Experience with SuccessFactors as well as interest in HR digitalisation and the further development of HR systems
• Good German skills (at least level B2) in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage
