I am currently looking for new team members for my cleaning and housekeeping company.

We clean, tidy, iron, and take care of our clients’ homes as if they were our own.

I originally founded my company, Mrs. Fox Cleaning GmbH, more out of necessity than anything else. I simply couldn’t find anyone for our own home who met our high standards. With two small children and both my husband and I working full-time, we also didn’t have the time or energy to try someone new every single week.

At the same time, I needed more than just a cleaner. I needed a mix between a housekeeper and a cleaning lady — someone who also tidies children’s toys, cleans and organizes cupboards, cleans windows, helps with laundry and ironing… and that is exactly the kind of service I offer today. At the request of my clients, I have also added meal preparation to our services.

In the beginning, I did all the cleaning myself. Today, I already have a team of five employees, and I am now looking for another team member.

I care deeply not only about my clients, but also about my employees. My mission is to improve working conditions in the cleaning industry - starting with my own company. 

For example:

- Travel time between clients is paid

- SBB Generalabonnement for team members who travel by train to the clients / paid kilometres if you use your private car

- Extensive onboarding training (online and in person)

- I provide all products and tools for cleaning

- Team events twice a year

- Hourly wage: During the probation period (3 months), the salary is CHF 23 per hour. After probation period up to CHF 27 per hour.

- Hourly wage is PLUS 13th month salary (+8,33%, paid each month), PLUS 9 paid bank holidays (+1,5%, paid each month), PLUS 20 paid vacation days (+8,33% on each hour worked, paid when vacation are actually taken) - according to the "GAV Reinigung - Generalarbeitsvertrag Reinigung für die Deutschschweiz". So: CHF 23 per hour means CHF 27,18 per hour worked, and CHF 27 per hour means CHF 31,90 per hour worked (gross!)

What you absolutely need:

• You must be able to communicate with clients in English (spoken communication only — I handle all written communication)
• Experience cleaning private households or offices (cleaning your own home, unfortunately, does not count as professional experience)
