Carpenter – Timber Construction Foreman for Modern Timber Construction Projects

Tasks

Leading and coordinating a small assembly team
Independent organisation and management of construction sites
Performing carpentry work in new builds and renovations
Erecting and assembling timber structures and element constructions
Interior finishing, façade, and renovation work
Reading and implementing workshop and assembly plans
Coordinating workflows and material organisation
Responsibility for quality, deadlines, and occupational safety
Collaboration with site management, architects, clients, and other tradespeople

Requirements

Completed training as a carpenter with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
Further training as a timber construction foreman is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in timber construction
Experience in leading a team and/or construction sites
Independent, reliable, and structured working style
High quality and responsibility awareness
Teamwork skills, strong communication, and assertiveness
Driving licence category B
