Site Manager Plastering (m/f)

Your tasks

• Complete and independent handling of the assigned work on site
• Meetings with clients, site managers, architects, etc.
• Instruction and leadership of other plasterers on the construction sites
• Site and performance inspections as well as quality assurance
• Motivation of employees
• Carrying out all plastering work indoors and outdoors on new builds, conversions and renovations
• Repairs and touch-ups on interior walls and building facades
• Preparing time sheets
• Support with material orders

You bring with you

• Completed apprenticeship as a plasterer with federal certificate of competence and further training as a site manager SMGV
• Solid professional knowledge
• High commitment
• Several years of professional experience
• Decisive with assertiveness
• Team player and communicative
• Good knowledge of German
• Confident and well-groomed appearance
• Driving licence
• Ideal age 30 - 35 years
