Shaping care and fostering new talent: As a certified nursing specialist HF / FH or health professional EFZ, you combine your expertise in intensive care with your passion for vocational education. You support apprentices and students in a practical manner and actively contribute to the quality of care.
The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernised in the coming years through new construction and renovations, complemented by 86 new retirement apartments.
In the dementia competence area, we accompany and care for people with different forms and manifestations of dementia. The person with their individual needs, resources, and life history is at the centre of our focus. We create a safe, appreciative environment and rely on person-centred and professionally sound care and support.
For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for an expert, reliable, and committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement as
FAGE or Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH + Vocational Education (m/f/d), Dementia, 80 - 100 %
This is how you support us:
- You ensure the care and support of our residents within the framework of primary nursing, including professional and evidence-based care
- You accompany and support our apprentices and HF students in their daily work and ensure the high quality of practical training
- You work closely with our nursing education manager as well as with other trainers
- You actively contribute your expertise on dementia to the team and support your colleagues in challenging care situations
- You take on daily responsibility
- You ensure careful and complete nursing documentation
This is how you convince us:
- You have completed training as a health professional EFZ (FaGe) or certified nursing specialist HF / FH or an equivalent recognised qualification
- You have professional experience in long-term care and ideally experience in supporting people with dementia
- You are interested in vocational education and ideally have experience in supporting apprentices and students
- You have training as a vocational trainer or SVEB 1 or are willing to complete it
- You approach people with dementia with patience, respect, and an appreciative attitude
- You are familiar with RAI-NH and apply it confidently in practice
- You are an empathetic, innovative, flexible, and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
