What awaits you:
You monitor and control the entire plant in the control room – from processing through kiln/clinker to grinding/shipping – always adhering to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
You recognize deviations early (trends/alarms), initiate countermeasures, and continuously optimize the operation.
You work closely with maintenance, production, and quality; you pitch in during shutdowns, maintenance, and revisions.
You ensure clean shift handovers (logbook, fault reports) and share knowledge within the team.
You contribute to efficient, resource-saving operation – for quantities and quality.
What you bring:
You have completed a technical or manual vocational training.
You have a strong technical understanding and very good PC user skills, especially in process control systems, trend analyses, and MS Office.
You remain calm, prudent, and decisive – even in hectic situations – and communicate clearly and team-oriented.
You are willing to work in shift operation (24/7) and are physically fit.
You have very good German language skills.
Experience in automation, quality assurance, energy or emission reduction, or in the cement or process industry is an advantage.
