Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) Night Shift 40-80 %

About the job

For our client, a senior centre in Toggenburg, we are looking for a qualified health specialist for the night shift starting February 2027. You will take responsibility for professional care and support of the residents and, together with the night team, ensure safe and needs-oriented care.

Requirements

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) or equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Solid nursing expertise in long-term care
• Confidence in recognising and assessing nursing situations
• Independent, structured and responsible working style
• Resilience, decisiveness and a calm demeanour even in demanding situations

Tasks

• Professional care and support of residents during the night
• Independent implementation of nursing measures within own competence area
• Recognising and assessing changes in health status and initiating appropriate measures
• Ensuring complete nursing documentation and structured handover
• Professional collaboration with the responsible specialists

• Permanent position with a workload of 40-80 %
