Important notes: On-call duty for emergencies and about 6 Saturday shifts per year. Operating days: Mon to Fri.

What you will achieve

• Participate in projects and take responsibility for smaller projects
• Plan, accompany and carry out repair work. Obtain quotes and plan replacement and new investments
• Manage, coordinate and monitor external services including contracts
• Monitor/operate/adjust all systems and building technology including mandatory tests (alarm, sprinkler, heating and ventilation systems)
• Drive the continuous improvement process (CIP)
• Site and surroundings maintenance

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: in the technical area (e.g. agricultural machinery mechanic) or equivalent further training
• Work experience: at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Used to thinking ahead and tackling work independently
• Very good contact and communication skills, enjoyment of a well-functioning operation
• Willingness to resolve faults outside official operating hours
• High degree of personal responsibility, independence and entrepreneurial thinking
• German (C1)
