For a competence centre in the field of ageing in the Solothurn region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a certified nursing specialist HF or a long-term care and support specialist (30–50 %) for the night shift. The institution offers a home to around 170 residents in various living arrangements

Your tasks with the new employer

• Ensure professional and needs-oriented care and support of the residents during the night
• Accompany the residents attentively through the night and respond appropriately to changes and individual needs
• Take on the nursing tasks arising according to your competencies and contribute to a safe night shift
• Work independently during the night and ensure a reliable handover to the following shift

You offer your new employer

• You have a tertiary-level nursing qualification as a certified nursing specialist HF or long-term care and support specialist
• You already bring several years of professional experience in the nursing field
• Experience in long-term care as well as in night shifts is an advantage
• You enjoy working at night and want to apply your experience in a new environment

• Your working hours during the night shift are clearly regulated and last from 21:45 to 06:45
• Additionally, you receive allowances/inconvenience payments of CHF 8.– per hour
