About the job
Our specialized competence center supports people with special support needs on their way to training, qualification, and work. We offer individual assessments, practical training, and tailored training programs that are oriented towards the skills, interests, and potentials of the participants. The goal is to prepare young people with psychological burdens as best as possible for sustainable professional integration – with heart, expertise, and a strong network.
For our team in the carpentry workshop, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a
Carpenter EFZ for Production and Assembly 100%
Here you help shape
- Collaboration in production and assembly
- Guidance, supervision, and support of apprentices during production orders
- You are the direct contact and trusted person for the assigned apprentices
- Conducting training sequences, assessments, and meetings within the scope of training
This is how you convince us
- Training as a Carpenter EFZ, optionally with further training as a Production Specialist VSSM
- Completed training as a vocational trainer VSSM or willingness to complete it
- Driver's license category B for occasional assembly assignments
- Goal-oriented and precise working method with high quality awareness
- Responsible, independent working style as well as ability to work in a team
- Enjoyment in training apprentices, (pedagogical) skills and understanding
for young people with disabilities
