Welcome to the Zion Senior Centre – a home for 61 residents in 43 single and 9 double rooms. Our Christian-run house offers a loving home for seniors ranging from independent to those requiring intensive care. We are looking for reinforcement!

We are looking for you!

Your role

• You take on daily responsibility
• With loving and professional dedication, you care for and support our residents and respond to their individual needs
• You support our residents in achieving and maintaining independence and the best possible quality of life
• You manage the electronic care documentation (easyDOK)
• You perform other administrative tasks, such as appointment scheduling, medication orders, documentation in BESA, etc.
• You accompany the medical rounds and carry out medical orders
• You are the direct contact person for relatives and involve them in the care process
• You ensure a high standard of care and support quality
• You actively support the training of HF students

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH or comparable training with corresponding SRK recognition
• You respect older people and preserve their dignity
• Reliability, resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Completed SVEB 1 further training or willingness to complete it
• You enjoy supporting students and ideally have experience in vocational training
• You take on vocational support (10%) in close cooperation with Spicura and share responsibility for the training of HF students
• Very good German language skills
• Willingness to work weekend and night shifts
