About the job
Your area of responsibility
- You answer questions about invoices, services, suggestions, and complaints – from both new and existing customers
- You reliably process inquiries and orders from customers, recipients, and brokers
- You provide telephone as well as written information on all topics related to occupational pensions
- You are responsible for managing an assigned customer portfolio, including mutations and accounting adjustment orders
- If necessary, you accompany customer appointments on site together with the broker
Your strengths
- You have a commercial education and expertise in occupational pensions – ideally complemented by further training, such as the VBV certification or the federal specialist certificate in social insurance
- Independent work within clearly defined processes is a matter of course for you
- You appreciate teamwork and actively contribute
- You approach contact with customers with joy, professionalism, and a sense of responsibility
- You have native-level German skills
- Market-oriented base salary
