To complement our globally active Life-Cycle Management Team in the Bus & Trolley division, we are looking for a qualified and dynamic Bus Whisperer as Service Technician.

Your Tasks

• Independent processing and handling of customer enquiries
• Troubleshooting and diagnosis of traction components and other systems of electric and trolleybuses at the customer’s site
• Carrying out repair work on the entire vehicle
• Accompanying supplier visits at the customer
• Diagnosis and repair of drive batteries
• Supervising conversions/modifications from aftersales
• Internal communication for the continuous improvement process

Our Requirements

• Completed basic technical training as an automotive mechatronics technician for commercial vehicles, agricultural or construction machinery mechanic or similar basic training
• Vehicle knowledge of buses/commercial vehicles an advantage
• Several years of professional experience
• Flexibility and independent working are expected and offered
• Willingness to travel domestically and abroad
• Language skills in French and English are an advantage
• Advanced PC skills
