* Very high self-motivation, success orientation and assertiveness
* Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and flexible working style
* Excellent German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages an advantage
* Well-groomed appearance and enjoyment in dealing with people
* Successfully completed VBV examination (including life and non-life sectors) as an insurance intermediary
* Spirit of innovation as well as willingness to actively manage performance and success
