Digital Administration Management Unit I 50 percent (fixed-term until 31.12.2028) I Chur
The Digital Administration Management Unit is the central point of contact for digitalisation and digital transformation topics within the cantonal administration. We work closely with the IT Office, the Personnel Office and the administration services.
Have you already studied or worked as a specialist in a commercial field and wish to gain valuable practical experience in digital transformation, actively applying your knowledge in your professional daily life? Then you are exactly the person we are looking for!
For autumn 2026, we are seeking a motivated, creative person with good organisational skills to strengthen our Digital Administration Management Unit. You can expect a varied role in which you can contribute your ideas and actively participate in the further development of our digital processes.
Your tasks
- You support our team with administrative and organisational tasks, thus contributing to the smooth running of daily work.
- You participate in the planning, coordination and execution of online and in-person events, actively contributing your ideas.
- You collaborate in organising our internal and external communication and take on tasks such as drafting newsletters and maintaining our Internet and intranet pages.
- You bring your creativity to bear and develop engaging presentations that effectively convey our content.
- You document our digitalisation projects and create best practice examples in the form of texts, images and videos.
What we expect from you
- You have commercial training, a completed secondary school diploma or an equivalent qualification and are interested in a varied activity.
- You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of Romansh and Italian is an advantage.
- You are proficient with MS Office and M365 programmes and use the most common applications securely and efficiently.
- Ideally, you already have experience with video and graphic programmes and enjoy creating creative content.
- You impress with your organisational talent, maintain an overview even when handling several tasks and know how to skilfully set priorities.
- You are characterised by initiative, a sense of responsibility, a strong service orientation and flexibility.
