Lecureux SA develops and implements assembly and inspection automation systems primarily for the watchmaking and medical industries.
As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for an Automation Technician /
Automation Engineer to strengthen our technical team.
You will participate in the design, realisation, testing and commissioning of our machines and automated systems.
Automation Technician / Automation Engineer
Your responsibilities:
- Create and update electrical and pneumatic diagrams
- Participate in the study and design phases of our new machines
- Define the electrical and pneumatic components required for projects
- Create and maintain parts lists, bills of materials and material requirements
- Prepare the necessary requirements for orders in collaboration with the Purchasing department
- Ensure technical follow-up of wiring work carried out by our external partners
- Occasionally perform small wiring tasks internally
- Carry out inspections, tests, adjustments and validations of equipment
- Participate in commissioning and improvements of existing machines
- Occasionally provide after-sales service interventions at our clients’ premises
- Collaborate with project, mechanical, software, assembly, production and R&D teams
Your profile:
You hold a Higher Technician Diploma (ES) in automation, a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an automation technician with experience, or an equivalent qualification.
You have at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in automation, special machinery, microtechnology, watchmaking or medical fields.
You are proficient in reading and creating electrical and pneumatic diagrams and have good knowledge of automation, industrial electricity and wiring.
Knowledge of EPLAN and/or SEE Electrical software is desirable. Knowledge of machine safety, ERP systems, as well as English and/or German, are assets.
You are an autonomous, rigorous, versatile and solution-oriented person, with a good team spirit and an interest in a role combining design, practical work, testing, commissioning and occasional client interventions.
