Internal Auditor

• Further development and expansion of the internal control system of the Avesco Group
• Responsibility for the internal audit of a total of 11 companies within the Avesco Group
• Conducting risk assessments of subsidiaries including defining the audit scope and creating a multi-year audit plan. Determining the audit programme together with the CFO
• Conducting on-site audits including discussion of results
• Regular reporting to the CFO and Board of Directors
• Close cooperation with Group Controlling
• Responsibility for ISO QM process management / QM pilot
• Maintenance of the quality management system according to ISO 9001
• Responsibility for the group-wide compliance system
• Participation in projects

• Completed studies (university/FH) with a focus on finance/controlling or equivalent education
• Completed further training as a certified controller or certified auditor
• Several years of professional experience in external or internal auditing, preferably in an industrial environment
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Decisiveness and assertiveness as well as strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Very good German and English skills
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland, Finland, Baltic States and Austria
