Our nursing professionals are the immediate contacts during the stay of our approximately 96,000 patients per year. They are responsible for professional and individual care. The focus of care is always the well-being and regaining of independence of our patients. On request, we supplement our range of services with complementary nursing services such as aromatherapy, application of wraps, or special tea blends.
This is where you get involved
- Ensuring continuous supervision and care of the assigned patients
- You supervise patients, observe changes, and report them immediately to the responsible nursing professional
- Accompany patients with a desire to move
- Support nursing professionals in positioning and mobilisation of patients
- Taking on light nursing tasks for the assigned patient
- You maintain an active and appreciative dialogue with the patients and their relatives
You
- have completed training as AGS, nursing assistant, or equivalent qualification (SRK-recognised diploma)
- already have professional experience in a Swiss acute hospital
- are willing to work in an interdisciplinary team and shift work
- are resilient and have a high degree of patience and understanding for individual needs
- have good spoken German skills, knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
