For the Oncology Day Clinic, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start date for a

Med. Practice Assistant 60% – Oncology Day Clinic

Exciting challenges await you

• capillary blood sampling (finger prick) and measurements on the POCT device
• venous blood sampling primarily for outpatient oncology patients
• insertion of peripheral venous cannulas (Venflon)
• accessing port systems
• general administrative tasks

What distinguishes you for the job

• completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA)
• interest in the fields of oncology / endocrinology / diabetology / angiology / pneumology and enjoyment in caring for patients in challenging life situations
• confidence in capillary and venous blood sampling as well as in inserting Venflons
• experience in accessing port systems or willingness to be trained in this
• fluent German in spoken and written form
• empathetic interaction with patients
• neat, motivated, and confident appearance
• flexibility, teamwork, and personal responsibility
