YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Recording, maintaining and tracking shipments in the Transport Management System (TMS)
- Receiving and matching delivery documents with the corresponding shipment data
- Preparation of proforma invoices and delivery notes
- Ensuring smooth information flow as a central interface between internal departments
- Checking, coding and further processing of incoming invoices in the transport environment
- Support and assistance to suppliers in handling the TMS including conducting training sessions
- Documentation of workflows as well as special requirements and cases
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed commercial basic training
- Initial professional experience in transport or customs environment is an advantage
- Good user knowledge of ERP and Transport Management Systems (TMS)
- Structured, precise and independent working style
- High quality and responsibility awareness in handling data and documents
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with internal and external partners
- Organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills, both spoken and written
