Tasks
- Handle First and Second Level Support requests via phone.
- Provide assistance and advice on technical issues.
- Analyze customer problems and develop appropriate solutions.
Skills
- Fluent in German/Swiss German; French or Italian is a plus.
- Strong service orientation and good computer skills.
- Flexibility and reliability are important assets.

- Receiving first and second level support requests by phone
- Support and advice on technical issues
- Information about products and services
- Analyzing various customer problems and developing suitable solutions
- Complete and error-free recording of the customer request in the system (SAP/Salesforce)
- German/Swiss German as a mother tongue
- French and/or Italian as a second language is welcome
- Service orientation, good PC skills, and experience facilitate entry into customer service
- Flexibility and reliability are additional plus points
- You are looking for a hybrid work model, in which you can also work from home
- Available for a start in September 2025, working hours from Monday to Saturday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM
- After the training and onboarding phase, home office is possible
- After the starting salary of CHF 4,314 (100%), your salary will increase by 4% per year in the first two years
- One additional vacation day each year until the 5th year of service
