To strengthen our team at the Bern branch, we are looking for an independent, reliable and
efficient
Clerk / Dispatcher / Administration Part-time (m/f/d) - 60-80% workload
working from home
Your main tasks:
- Coordination and scheduling for our shelter inspectors
- Drafting and sending registration letters for shelter inspections
- Coordination of appointment changes / maintaining appointment lists
- Evaluation of recorded data
- Communication with customers, partners and authorities
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
What you bring:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in dispatching, ideally in a technical or construction environment
- Good IT user skills in MS Office products Word, Excel and Outlook
- Organisational talent and a structured way of working
- Independent working style and self-responsible learning
- Friendly and professional demeanour as well as team spirit
- Very good German skills, both spoken and written
- Good French skills - ideally you are bilingual
- You live in the canton of Bern and are very familiar with the region and its people
- Since the activity involves regular telephone contact, a quiet working environment at home is required
