Your responsibilities include:

• Cleaning of hotel rooms, public areas as well as cloakroom and housekeeping break room
• Cleanliness and order in the back office areas, such as floor offices, material storage, etc.
• Support in securing and increasing customer and guest satisfaction
• Regular exchange and mutual coordination of actions with the housekeeper
• Independent reporting of damages in the hotel with reporting to the housekeeper
• Duty of care towards inventory and infrastructure
• Compliance with hotel standards and quality requirements
• Adherence to hygiene regulations
• You create a pleasant atmosphere in your area where our national and international guests feel comfortable
• As a team member, you see yourself as a team player and additionally support other departments if necessary
• Economical use of cleaning agents and consideration of ecological working methods
• Compliance with and implementation of hotel standards
