Your tasks
- Leading operational quality assurance at the Wigoltingen site
- Leading the QA team (4 employees)
- Ensuring compliance with defined quality standards from raw material receipt to the final product
- Ensuring compliance with defined company-wide standards
- Participation in internal and external audits
- Member of the HACCP Team GMSA What you bring
- Higher education in the food sector or a related field or
- Several years of leadership experience in QA
- You bring practical professional experience in a similar position
- Native German speaker with good French skills
- You are very team-oriented and characterized by precise and independent working methods
- You possess strong assertiveness, act goal-oriented, and are proficient in handling
