What you can achieve
- Support for senior and executive doctors in all administrative and organisational matters (appointment management, travel organisation, expense and contract management)
- Organisation and coordination of the junior assistant positions including deployment planning, onboarding and support of junior assistants
- Coordination of the interdisciplinary skin tumour board as well as administrative support of the skin tumour centre
- Independent correspondence in German and English
- Minute-taking and handling general secretarial tasks
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as an executive assistant
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable assistant or hub function
- Strong service orientation as well as independent, structured and proactive working style
- Team spirit and enjoyment in working with different professional groups
- Very good MS Office skills as well as confident German and good English skills
