About the job

• Support for senior and executive doctors in all administrative and organisational matters (appointment management, travel organisation, expense and contract management)
• Organisation and coordination of the junior assistant positions including deployment planning, onboarding and support of junior assistants
• Coordination of the interdisciplinary skin tumour board as well as administrative support of the skin tumour centre
• Independent correspondence in German and English
• Minute-taking and handling general secretarial tasks

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as an executive assistant
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable assistant or hub function
• Strong service orientation as well as independent, structured and proactive working style
• Team spirit and enjoyment in working with different professional groups
• Very good MS Office skills as well as confident German and good English skills
