STAHEL Personal AG is looking for a committed and experienced individual as Head of Engineering 100% (m/f/d) for an established company in the Reiden LU region.

In this responsible position, you will assume overall technical responsibility and actively shape the further development of processes and technical standards.

Tasks

• Leadership and professional development of the technical team of 8 employees
• Responsibility for the technical availability, maintenance and optimisation of the systems
• Planning, coordination and supervision of maintenance, repair and investment projects
• Responsibility for material procurement and inventory management
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements
• Budget responsibility and cost control in the technical area
• Collaboration with internal departments, suppliers and external partners
• Further development of technical processes, standards and documentation

Qualifications

• Completed technical training with commercial further education or comparable qualification
• You understand business contexts and are numerically inclined
• Affinity and knowledge in the field of electrical engineering are an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in a senior technical role is a must
• Sound knowledge in maintenance, plant management and technical project management
• Experience in leading and motivating employees
• Strong analytical, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage
• Good user knowledge of MS Office and ideally relevant technical systems
