As a Swiss high-tech company, we at Mecaplex AG have been developing and manufacturing highly precise aircraft and helicopter glazing for international market leaders for over 75 years. Safety, innovation, and a passion for technical excellence drive our approximately 50 employees every day anew.

To strengthen our composite production, we are looking for a careful and motivated individual with manual skills. Together, we manufacture high-quality components made of fibre-reinforced plastics for demanding applications in aviation.

Composite Production Employee 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Cutting and preparing fibre materials for composite manufacturing
• Preparing moulds, fixtures, and adhesive surfaces
• Producing, laminating, and bonding composite components according to work instructions and drawings
• Post-processing components by grinding, drilling, and deburring
• Inspecting and documenting completed work
• Active participation in improving our manufacturing processes and product quality

Your profile:

• Manual dexterity, a steady hand, and enjoyment of precise work
• Ideally completed vocational or technical basic training
• Experience with fibre composite materials is an advantage; motivated career changers welcome
• Careful, reliable, and independent working style as well as strong team spirit
• Willingness to learn new manufacturing techniques
• Good knowledge of German
