The Bülach Hospital is growing - grow with us.

• You coordinate patient flow and bed capacities and keep an overview even in dynamic situations.
• You plan and coordinate surgical procedures and ensure a smooth process together with the involved departments.
• You are an important hub between doctors, nursing staff, operating theatre, anaesthesia and other specialist areas.
• You organise patient appointments and accompany the planning from registration to hospital admission.
• Contact person for internal and external referrers and cooperation partners
• You contribute your own ideas and actively help shape the further development of our workflows and processes.

• You have a medical background or bring professional experience in healthcare.
• You enjoy planning, coordination and organisation and appreciate working in a varied and dynamic environment.
• Even with several tasks occurring simultaneously, you keep an overview, set clear priorities and make decisions appropriate to the situation.
• You communicate confidently, respectfully and appreciatively with patients as well as with employees from different professional groups.
• You are characterised by reliability, flexibility and resilience and enjoy working constructively in a team.
• You are proficient in using digital tools and quickly familiarise yourself with new IT systems and digital processes.
• You like to think along, contribute your own ideas and take responsibility for your tasks and their further development.

Each year, we treat and care for around 10,000 inpatients and over 78,000 outpatients. In total, around 1,400 babies are born at Bülach Hospital annually.
