What You Achieve With Us

In this role, you coordinate and support the insurance and pension advisors in all sales processes. You take an active role in this service- and sales-oriented collaboration and ensure optimal care and advice for our clients.

Additionally, you share responsibility for the cooperative partnership with our professional brokers and intermediaries.

With organisational skill and a strong awareness of service quality, you independently prepare quotations, process applications, arrange appointments, and are part of the administrative hub of the General Agency Kreuzlingen. You provide advice and support to clients at reception and on the phone and assist with the training of apprentices.

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in the insurance industry
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact as well as close teamwork
• Independent and pragmatic working style
• Open, empathetic and loyal personality
• Fluent German language skills
