Health Specialist 50%-60% in the Late Shift

Your tasks

Resource- and goal-oriented care & support – coordinated with your case manager and your team
Professional application of your knowledge in medical-technical procedures
Empathetic and respectful communication with clients, relatives and in the interprofessional team
Support of case management in creating and maintaining the care process

Your profile

Training as a Health Specialist EFZ
Enjoyment of independent work and simultaneous teamwork
Open, warm and motivated personality who gladly takes responsibility
Desire to develop professionally and contribute ideas
Mobility (bike) and basic digital skills (smartphone, tablet, PC)
Openness to new things and changes
