About the job
Your Tasks
You are the key technical person at our packaging lines and, together with the production team, ensure high system availability as well as efficient and GMP-compliant packaging.
- Setting up, converting and optimising modern packaging lines for aerosol cans, bottles and tubes
- Ensuring high technical system availability
- Independent analysis and troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic and electromechanical components
- Carrying out maintenance, inspection and minor repair work
- Performing product and format changes
- Supporting the introduction of new packaging processes and products
- Participating in qualifications, validations and technical improvement projects
- Optimising setup times, system performance and OEE
- Close cooperation with production, quality assurance, engineering and production planning
- GMP-compliant documentation of the work performed
- Technical support and training of machine operators
Our Requirements
- You work solution-oriented, take responsibility and feel comfortable in a dynamic production environment with frequently changing customer orders
- Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ, automation technician EFZ, production mechanic EFZ, mechatronics technician or a comparable technical qualification
- Several years of experience as a line mechanic, plant mechanic or maintenance technician, ideally in the pharmaceutical, medical technology, cosmetics or food industry
- Experience with automated packaging systems and frequent format changes
- Very good mechanical understanding as well as knowledge of pneumatics; experience in control technology is an advantage
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment or willingness to familiarise yourself with it
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Enjoyment in analysing technical problems and continuous improvements
- Creation of setup instructions
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Good user knowledge of ERP and MS Office systems
- Willingness to work shifts (2- or 3-shift operation) as well as occasional Saturday shifts
