Your Tasks

• Responsible for setting up and converting packaging machines in the pharmaceutical (GMP), medical device and technical sectors
• Assembling and setting up conveyor belts, labelling, packaging and serialisation machines
• Assisting with the processing of process orders
• Troubleshooting, preventing downtime and stoppages of production machines
• Co-responsible for continuous improvement process (CIP) on the assigned lines
• Carrying out maintenance and repair work on production machines
• Documenting and creating product-specific setup and conversion instructions

Our Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical field (industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, polymechanic or comparable training)
• Several years of experience as a line mechanic with packaging machines (packaging, labelling and coding) in the bottle/can sector, preferably in the pharmaceutical/cosmetics (GMP) or food environment
• Technical understanding/affinity and holistic thinking
• Willingness to work shifts (3-shift system and Saturday work)
• Good IT skills (machine operation, ERP systems)
• Experience with serialisation is an advantage
