What to expect

• Vocational school: 1 day per week in Aarau
• We train one apprentice at a time.
• Inter-company courses: 20 days at Hotel & Gastroformation
• Regular working hours (very rare evening shifts and no weekend shifts)
• Diverse practical training at the Oftringen location
• Preparation of varied and fresh dishes
• Learning important cooking techniques such as steaming, grilling and sautéing
• Insight into the gastronomy of a partner restaurant
• Various workshops, excursion to Carrara (factory visit)
