Your Tasks
- Independent execution of dialysis treatments in the dialysis department
- Ensuring nursing quality and interdisciplinary collaboration with all professional groups to guarantee optimal patient care
- Careful, complete and comprehensible management of nursing documentation and responsibility for the implementation of medical orders
Your Profile
- Training as a qualified nursing specialist, preferably with experience in an acute hospital, dialysis or a nephrology department
- Several years of professional experience in the field of dialysis
- Team-oriented, flexible personality with willingness to work shifts
- Empathy, strong communication skills and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
- Passion for patient-centred, professional nursing
- Empathy in dealing with patients as well as high personal responsibility
- Good German language skills, any additional foreign language is an advantage
- Good PC user skills, especially in MS Office
