About the job
Your responsibilities include
- Professional and personnel leadership as well as conceptual further development of the treatment centre for specialised therapies together with the nursing management
- Promotion of a high treatment quality, collaboration in the interprofessional team, participation in the medical on-call service
- Training and supervision of the team, involvement in internal and external education, training and further education
- Active networking with our other locations as well as external cooperation partners
- Commitment to education and training, also research if interested
You bring with you
- Specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy, solid clinical experience
- Independent and integrative working and leadership style
- Several years of leadership experience in psychiatric institutions
- Evidence-based working method, high social competence, networked thinking and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
