To complement our globally active Life-Cycle Management Team in the Bus & Trolley division, we are looking for a skilled and dynamic After Sales Solutions Expert for 2nd-Level Support at the Bellach site.
Do you think in systems rather than individual parts and have the ability to recognise solutions where others only see open questions? Then the ideal challenge awaits you here – you will take over the technical control centre behind the scenes of our LCM team. We look forward to your application.
Your Tasks
- Processing technical enquiries from spare parts sales, customer service and subsidiaries
- Technical detailed clarifications with development and external suppliers
- Searching for alternative items in case of obsolescence and creating any necessary conversion instructions
- Identifying savings potential through alternative procurement
- Preparing material quotations for overhaul and conversion work
- Creating initial stock lists for new projects
- Creating supplier-specific stock lists to ensure Hess company’s delivery performance
- Creating and developing technical information letters
Our Requirements
- Technical basic training as an automotive mechatronics technician or a similar basic training
- Commercial further training is an advantage or willingness to undertake it
- Good language skills in German mandatory (French/English advantageous)
- Vehicle knowledge of buses advantageous
- Flexibility is expected and offered
- Independent working style
- Good communication skills
